Most people who join Sirius have tried to get back into training before. They've started, stopped, drifted off, then got annoyed with themselves about it.

They do not need more motivation. They need somewhere that makes it easier to keep turning up.
That's what coached group training does. Someone else writes the session, runs it properly, and adjusts it to your level. You just have to get through the door.
If you turn up regularly and put some effort in, you'll get fitter. That's really it.
A coach runs every session. They know where you're at, show you what to do, and adjust if something's not right. You are never left to guess.
Bootcamp, Circuits, Resilience, Strength Circuits. Different emphases across the week, all coached properly.
Sessions run on time, every time. Forty-five minutes of proper, coached work is enough when the session is designed properly. Ours are.
Beginners and regulars work alongside each other. Everyone does the same session at the right level for them. No starter class you need to graduate from.
Your membership covers everything on the timetable. Come twice a week or five times a week, same price either way. No packs, no upsells.
Month to month. Cancel any time. We'd rather you stay because it's working than because you feel trapped.

As well as coached sessions, your membership includes open gym access, so you can come in and train on your own terms.
Slots are available throughout the week between coached sessions. We've added plenty of them, so if you want to get in and train at a specific time, there will almost certainly be a slot available.

Get your free passProbably, yes. Most people who join Sirius haven't trained consistently in a while. The sessions are coached, every exercise has options, and nobody is expected to walk in at a particular level. Showing up is the hard part, the rest gets sorted when you're here.
Bootcamp is a more traditional full-body conditioning session. Circuits are station-based and give you a mix of strength and fitness work. Resilience is more suited to people who enjoy tougher AMRAP or METCON-style training, including those doing Hyrox-style events. Strength Circuits are more strength-focused, but still coached and still structured as a session rather than just being left to train on your own.
No. CrossFit has its own methodology and Hyrox is built around race preparation. Sirius is straightforward coached group training, sensibly programmed and without the leaderboard culture. Some sessions may suit people training for those sorts of events, but you do not need to be doing one to train here.
Tell the coach before the session. Every exercise has modifications and we'll work around what you've got. Pushing through something that's going to make things worse isn't training, it's just damage.
