BUILD

Focus: Strength & Power
Structure: Main lift + AMRAP + Cardio finisher
Vibe: Intentional, structured, heavy (but scalable)
Description:
Structured strength training focused on one main lift, paired with AMRAP-style conditioning and a cardio finisher. Great for building real-world power and confidence under load.

SHIFT

Focus: Muscle Endurance & Toning
Structure: Resistance circuits (upper/lower splits, 40:20 tempo)
Vibe: Controlled burn, slower pace, technique-focused
Description:
Resistance circuit using upper/lower supersets and tempo work. Ideal for improving muscle tone, endurance, and technique without heavy lifting.

ENGINE

Focus: Cardio Conditioning
Structure: Interval-based, erg-focused (rowers, bikes, ski-ergs)
Vibe: Breathless, focused, capacity-building

HYROX

Structure: Partner-based intervals, sport-style stations

Functional race-style training in a partner format. Includes running and functional stations like sled pushes and wall balls. Perfect prep for events – or just training like an athlete.

ENGINE: HYROX Edition

Focus: Cardio Conditioning + Functional Power
Structure: Cardio intervals + HYROX-style functional work
Vibe: Solo effort, steady burn, race-style feel
