At Sirius, we keep things simple: proper group training that makes you stronger, fitter, and harder to knock off track. It’s not about fads, filters, or chasing six-packs – it’s about showing up, putting a shift in, and feeling good for it.

Yes, we’re a Hyrox Training Club – so if wall balls and sleds are your thing, you’ll feel right at home, and we've some dedicated sessions to help prepare for that. But don’t panic, we’re not a race factory. Most people here just want tough sessions that actually work, without the circus.

What you will find: normal people, training hard, supporting each other, and leaving sweaty but smiling. That’s it.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS


BOOTCAMP

Focus: Odd objects, grit work
Structure: Stations with tyres, ropes, sandbags, carries
Vibe: Old-school graft, nothing fancy
Description:
Bootcamp is back. Tyres, ropes, sleds, sandbags — raw kit and raw effort. Partner drills, heavy carries, and the kind of work that leaves you knackered but proud.

CIRCUIT TRAINING

Focus: Classic conditioning
Structure: Timed stations, bodyweight + mixed kit
Vibe: Fast-paced, no-nonsense
Description:
The original group workout. Simple, tough, and effective. Move from station to station, push hard, recover quick. Old-school circuits done right.

HYROX

Focus: Functional fitness race format
Structure: Erg work + functional stations (sleds, wall balls, carries)
Vibe: Competitive edge, race prep, measurable
Description:
The official Hyrox class. Erg machines, sled pushes, wall balls, and functional work in the exact race style. Perfect if you’re training for Hyrox — or if you just want to test yourself against the clock.

FIGHTER

Focus: Bags, abs, and conditioning
Structure: Rounds on bags + bodyweight drills
Vibe: High-energy, stress release
Description:

Gloves on, bags loaded. Fighter mixes boxing-style rounds with conditioning drills and a bucket full of core work. Fast, fierce, and addictive.

RESISTANCE

Focus: Strength & control
Structure: Dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX, bodyweight
Vibe: Intentional, steady, strong
Description:
Strength-focused training you can feel working. Controlled movements, progressive load, and smart circuits that build muscle and durability without the faff.

RESILIENCE

Focus: Engine + grit
Structure: Performance circuits (ergs, sleds, carries, wall balls)
Vibe: Tough, measurable, solo effort in a group environment
Description:
Resilience is all about building staying power. Resilience is all about building staying power. Expect performance circuits with ergs, sleds, carries, and wall balls. No partner work — just you against the clock, with the group atmosphere pushing you further.

FIGHTER CIRCUITS

Focus: Conditioning with bags + mixed kit

Structure: Circuits with bag rounds and simple strength/cardio drills

Vibe: High-energy, accessible, stress release

Description:

Fighter Circuit blends the energy of bag work with the simplicity of circuits. Expect rounds on the bags mixed with slams, carries, and bodyweight drills. No tricky combos, no faff – just an addictive sweat session that leaves you buzzing.

FIRST LIGHT – Early Morning Training

Our 6am and 7am sessions aren’t just evening classes dragged forward a few hours. They’ve got their own rhythm, their own energy, and their own crew.

Mornings have their own flavour – you’ll know when you’re in it. Longer warm-ups, tighter timings, and those little finishers that make you glad you got out of bed.

It’s not easier, it’s not harder – just different. A mix of graft, shared effort, and a bit of extra grit to start the day right.

First Light is for the people who choose to get it done before the world wakes up. Same Sirius standards, with a morning vibe you won’t get anywhere else.
